Apologies for the lack of updates to newer versions, I simply don't have the motivation to keep the mod up to date since I do not currently play the game at the moment, the expansion might change things but for now I'm giving permission to anyone who might want to update this mod to newer versions of the game as long as credit is given, besides that go wild with this mod whether it's by including it in other mods or just straight updating.

October Edit: Disregard this, I found out that MapStudio has a Param updater and since I've been getting used to the tools again for Armored Core 6 stuff I've figured I can update the mod again, plan to release it soon.

Edit 2: It's been updated to version 1.10.0, seems to function just fine from limited testing in early Limgrave on my end.

    Hi, hope you doing well

Is there a chance you're gonna update this brilliant mod in nearby future after DLC release ?
My acustic half of the brain can't comprehend cutscenes without succulent Bloody Wolf Armour.

      Late reply sorry!

I'll consider updating the mod once I've completed my run of the DLC, making sure Smithbox/MapStudio will be good to go.

Thanks for the face preset, I imagine you took that from the CNT files?
Could you perhaps put the other CNT face presets in there too? That would be sick I always wanted to recreate those for my characters

Nah the presets are still in the base game, I so happened to come across it by chance.

I imagine I could do a separate mod that adds the Network Test faces as their own presets in the same list the base game ones have but I would have to take a look.

Hey there! Did you figure out how to import the CNT presets over the final game presets?

Haven't looked at them yet and it hasn't been a huge priority for me to look at them yet, face preset param stuff I believe I'll have to figure out which is which since stuff is unnamed in the files.

Any luck with this? I love the Bloody Wolf face preset and it's great but I also really wanted the male Warrior face preset from the Closed Network Test as well since I was a huge fan of that look, all I could find was a YouTube video with incorrect sliders and no one else has bothered to dig up the files for it considering you're the only one I can find.

If possible, you should definitely try and update this to the newest version. I think this is a great mod that really makes you feel like the main character.

I apologize for the lack of updates, I want to finish my run of Shadow of the Erdtree first.

Haven't had the time to finish the run as soon as I would have liked due to other circumstances.

I do plan to go back to this mod when I am finished the run but that could be awhile, apologies to everyone.

My apologies I just don't have the motivation to stay up-to date, maybe the expansion for the game might bring me back but there isn't any promises.

I shall thus update the main page that anybody can update this mod if they want to as long as credit is given.

I'll probably need to update it, I apologize that I haven't been updating the mod straight away I just haven't been particularly interested in modding in general since I've already played Elden Ring a few times and I mostly mod for myself, I'll see if I can update the mod soon, no specific date it'll be updated when it's updated.

Hey I was wondering how did you get the network classes to work because Im working on a mod to add a Carian Knight as a starting class for those who want to do a Carian sorcery run

Not much different from making new classes, I just so happened to mostly copy over what was in the Network test with some adjustments, there are some instructions in the files of my mod I believe although I'm not quite sure how beginner friendly they are.

Hey man sorry to bother you, i would like to ask you something, how did you learn to mod elden ring? In particular adding classes, did you learn it on your own? Did you use yapped? I'm trying to add new classes on my own game, but i can't really find tutorial online or anything to help

Been awhile but I believe I learned it from both how DS3 mods did it in addition to tips from the main Dark Souls modding server which goes by the name: ?ServerName?

It's been so long since I've touched Elden Ring's modding stuff that I would almost have to relearn everything so I can't quite help you myself besides whatever is included in my files and to redirect you to other sources such as that Discord server, my apologies.

I need some help. When I launch the game using the launchmod_eldenring.bat file in the BW_EK folder, the game loads fine but after selecting the New Game option from the Main Menu, the new two new classes are not available. After reading the info below carefully, where did I go wrong?

I have a vanilla copy of the Elden Ring version 1.08.1 with no other mods and nothing "extra" except the EAC is disabled. Tested the game. Everything works fine. As expected, game does not update to 1.09 since Steam is offline. Then ....

I created a new folder in the Game folder named BW_EK and added in the Mod Engine 2 (ME2) files which includes the mod and modengine2 folders along with other all ME2 assets including the launchmod_eldenring.bat file). THEN I added the Bloody Wolf and Enchanted Knight modded files, version 1.08.1 (i.e., menu/hi folder with 2 dcx files, msg/engus folder with one dcx file, and regulation.bin) to the BW_EK/mod folder. But as said in the first paragraph, there are no indications of the two new classes. Help please ...

Update - have concluded, after playing around with some other class mods using the same approach described above, that this mod is broken EVEN for 1.08.1.

My comment now will be moot considering the mod currently doesn't work for anyone because the game was just updated so I'll have to update the mod again.

But the mod did work before this new update for me and at least 2 other people I know, so something else was up to break it on your end.

If it was broken in the first place somebody would of commented before your own comment since I uploaded it on the Third of March weeks ago.

Hello! Can you please tell me how you created your own Icon sheet? I assume that the sheet you added in the mod is working because of .layout file.
Basically i want to create my own sheet for small icons so i dont need to strugle trying to merge them with other mods when there is updates.
Also the Mod is Great! Thank you

Edit: Figured it out! For anyone whos interested...
So basically you need to unpack common.sblytbnd with yabber. Copy for example SB_Icon_02_C and rename it example SB_Icon_02_D
After this open your new file "SB_Icon_02_D" with Notepad and edit Icon Id's. My case that i choose 45300 as starting value and did all the thing furher 45301, 45002, 45302... After that you need to paste Coordinates. Initial coordinates can be founded at SB_Icon_01.layout. Look for coordinates at the end of the whole text with "x="0" y="0" in it. You can change all coordinates if you want (will take some time) or you can change just one or two if you need space for two new items/textures in game*.
Then comes common.tpf.dcx. Its the easy part. Just take for example Sb_icon_01. Open it with Photoshop and fully clear it. After that save the file as SB_Icon_02_D.dds. IF you dont want to install Photoshop or DDS Plugins you can use Online image converters. Heres one: https://imagetostl.com/view-dds-online
After that you need to add you newly added SB_Icon_02_D.dds and SB_Icon_02_D.layout to the Yabber configuration file. This is basically a file which contains info about what it unpacked. AND FINALLY YOU ARE DONE. You can have your own Icon Sheet for Textures and forget about f**** with textures every time the Mods Author drops an Update. Sorry for bad English. I hope this will help!!!
