My ray tracing is off and I can't seem to get it working. Could it be from the 1.15 patch?
This is my first time using Mod Engine 2. As long as the modded files are in the 'mod' folder and I launch the game via the file in the mod engine's folder, it should be working right?
Thank you for sharing this mod!! I have been using it for a long time. Unfortunately it stops working in the new DLC update. Could you please update this mod, if you have the time?
Hi! Apologies, but almost *no* mod will work until many of the mod-tools are updated to work with the DLC. That's a bit outside of my area of expertise, and I'm afraid everyone (myself included) will have to wait until the big-brained coder mod authors are able to patch in some fixes for the tools.
Thank you for your support and patience! I will do my best to fix up everything, but I have something like 50 or so mods that I will need to update for SoE :')
I reinstalled this mod today and it works! Maybe it was something with the folder. I'm glad it works, one of the great things after the DLC update. And I found that you created many other amazing mods! Really looking forward to try them, as long as they become compatible. Thanks again!
Hi,i rly love blaidd and thx for this mod but im having a problem with modengine2, i cant open my save or create a new one with this mod in parts folder can you pls say if is somthing wrong, its my folder 'parts'?
it was thankful if anyone awnser but thx again for this mod :D
Not sure if you have any insight, since ME2 team aint saying s#*! about it. When i try to load your mod, its the only mod I'm trying to use, I installed it as stated in the instructions, i ran the .bat file and the head still looks the same. When i check the log it comes up with this
Hi! I have a question about a small issue I'm having with this mod. When used in Seamless Co-Op, the mask will work as intended if your player is wearing it, but if a different player in the session tries to equip the mask, the meshes for the rework won't apply on their character, and the mask will be covered fully in a reddish tint as well. Both of us seem to have the mod installed properly, with both files for the mask present in the parts folder of Mod Engine 2. Would you happen to know of any possible solutions/fixes to this?
Ah! Apologies. I just looked at the file and I noticed that the _L model is incorrect, I must have gotten some files mixed up upon upload.
Here's a quick way to solve this:
>Delete the _l partsbnd.dcx (hd_m_1600_l.partsbnd.dcx) >Copy the player-side partsbnd ( hd_m_1600.partsbnd.dcx) and rename it to have the " _l" after the "1600."
parts folder should look like this after you're done:
hd_m_1600.partsbnd.dcx hd_m_1600_l.partsbnd.dcx
the _l is used for other players, rather than your own character. I think I must have accidentally attached the wrong _l file. woops
Hmm, strange. Are you using the Mature - Muscular - Male body type?
The body mod only changes the skin texture / overlay a bit. You still might need to manually adjust the body sliders to make the color match (I put the values I use in the description)
The issue im having is, when i unpack "Blaidd Mask" and "Fur Blend Body textures" Both contain the same named folder BlaiddMaskRework. I cant put both in the mod folder as one replaces the other. So what do i need to do?
i will try it, though i seem to be having issues with modmanger 2 itself now lol. I put the mod into the folder, run the .bat but nothing happens, no answers on github yet either. But thank you for clarifying that one folder has it all

I wonder why that causes a crash?

Just to clarify, you're dragging the "parts" folder into the "mod" folder, correct?
if that still doesn't work, have you tried editing the .toml file [config_eldenring.toml] with this line?
{ enabled = true, name = "BlaiddMaskRework", path = "BlaiddMaskRework" }
By the end of it, your new .toml config should look something like this:
mods = [
{ enabled = true, name = "default", path = "mod" },
{ enabled = true, name = "BlaiddMaskRework", path = "BlaiddMaskRework" }
]
Hope this helps, sorry that you are having trouble with it
