Removes the background music from most areas, Roundtable Hold and Volcano Manor excluded.

This mod simply removes most of the background music in the game, for those who prefer silent exploration, but still want the boss music.
I've also included the CSV file required to merge this with other mods.
Installation instructions:
-Download ModEngine2
-Unzip the ModEngine folder to the location of your choosing
-Extract the "regulation.bin" file from this mod to the "mod" directory in the unzipped ModEngine folder
-Launch Elden Ring with the "launchmod_eldenring.bat" file
-You're done!~
