Okay so the known bug is that the "EVERYTHING HAS GOLDEN EYES" mod doesn't work because the regulation.bin file makes the save file corrupt. What I did to make it work is initially use the script file from "EVERYTHING HAS GOLDEN EYES" and the regulation.bin from the vanilla mod. (P.S I don't know if the Vanilla regulation.bin file is an absolute necessity)
Then you're gonna need to use smithbox to tweak the regulation.bin
Go to Param editor --> SpEffectParam --> Search for Golden eyes
You'll see them starting from 5261-5269 with multiple chances like 0.5% etc etc.
You can modify them to prioritize which one's you want to occur more often. I don't know which ones did it but I just set all the "Category Priority" to 0, since the lowest one will be prioritized, and somehow that made it work.
I know this was asked before but I haven't seen a coherent answer. Is there any possible way to have golden eyes for the player character? How would that be done? I appreciate any and all answers, thanks!
no idea why but it does not really work at all for me. tried with the regulation file as the main file in the game folder and as instructed in the mod folder, both did not work
