I won't upload a version where you can choose how many runes you get but if you can tell me how many you want every 5 sec I will upload it here in the comments
Sorry for seeing your message so late. And actually, yes i would be grateful if you could send me a version where you receive 25 runes every 5 seconds.
Hi, It works fine for me. But as some else said in the comments below It might not work and the only way to make it work Is manually injecting the dll with an injector.
I got the crashing issue as well. I get a white screen (even with anti-cheat off and I load through either .exe in the folder both the base one and the offline one) or through steam before the game crashes back to desktop. Not sure if there is a fix (I also used the .dll file you linked for the other poster) with no luck either way.
This is in the EldenRing/Game/mods folder as well.
There is another runeclock .dll folder in the Mod engine 2 but I haven't been opening the .bat file so I don't think it would be causing these issues.
Strange. I only have the runesClock.dll in the mods folder. Tried both with the normal eldenring.exe, modengine2_launcher.exe and launchmod_eldenring.bat and it works for me. The only things I could say is to send the log.txt created by the version I uploaded here in the comments to see where it crash, but It's strange since I made It the same way as my others .dll mods.
1.) Downloaded (well already had downloaded) Eldenring and the anticheat (along with rune clock), 2.) But them in the file of common/Elden Ring/game (both the anti cheat and Elden mod loader) 3.) Put Rune clock in the common/Elden ring/game/mods folder 4.) Use the toggle_anti_cheat application before opening the game 5.) Used both start_game_in_offline_mode app, the eldenring app, and even the start launcher on steam and all give me a white screen for about ten seconds before crashing.

I got the game to start up (for context my settings are set to always play offline) and the problem was the anti-cheat. Worked again when I turned it off, however now when I start a new game (which I always do when testing mods), I died to the boss, jumped down to tutorial area, killed the enemy, and the mod still doesn't seem to work (says you get 10 runes or so every 5 seconds) but nothing is happening so no idea what the problem is.
I don't have tested it starting a new game, but after you reach the first land where Tree Sentinel is it should work if you have atleast 1 rune. If the dll is loaded I don't know why the runes don't go up.
Still doesn't work but it seems I am not the only one with it.
Sadly, I am to damn stupid to understand on that sticky on how to 'rename' something for mod loader to understand (even reading the steps confused me) so if you are able to put a step by step guide on the description for us plebs, that might help (seeing as how you got it to work for yourself).
For me I didn't even have followed the steps in the sticky for modengine2 (renaming the file etc.) since it works anyway, I just put the dll in the mods folder (the EldenModLoader one). Try to manually inject the dll using this: https://github.com/master131/ExtremeInjector while you are in the game. If the game doesn't crash and the runes don't start to go up than I'm lost
I copy/pasted all the mods from the mod folder to my c: drive and retested with each one again by copy/pasting back to the mod game folder. The only change after that was that I deleted the log folders for 2 of the mods. The game doesn't crash on launch anymore. So maybe just copy paste your mods to another drive or another area of your hdd/ssd/nvme and copy/paste them back. Not sure why that works. Seems too though. For now anyway.
So the inject program works. The only thing people need to be careful of is that my anti-virus (VIPER and Malbyte) considered it a trojan and mal so if you plan on using make sure to disable them first.
Ill try the other step if I ever use the Elden ring loader but for right now the injector works (haven't crashed yet either but only been a couple minutes)
The Extreme Injector method worked for me. When I put the .dll into the Mod Loader file the screen would be white for a few seconds on startup, then turn black for a few seconds, and crash. I have no idea what is wrong with it, but it seems to be working fine having manually injected it while ingame.
I'm trying to running this mod with the seamless coop mod. I have the modloader "mods" folder in my game directory, that has my seemless coop settings and .dll file. I have modengine2 saved to a folder on my desktop and have the rune clock .dll file in the "mod" folder for the mod engine. I use the batch file to launch the game and the coop mod runs fine but the runes do not go up!
Side note: when I had both .dll files of my two mods in the "mods" folder in my game directory, the game crashed on start up. Just incase anyone else had that issue.
The runes don't go up probably because the mod isn't even loaded, since I'm pretty sure it should be in the "mods" folder and not in the "mod" one, but as you say it makes the game to crash, and that's a problem I don't know how to solve unfortunately.

Really love this mod!
I will dare a suggestion: add 2 mp regen when runes spawn (or maybe is easier to make a separate dll for mana?)
Thanks for all
[modloader]
load_delay = 30000
show_terminal = 1
[loadorder]
RunesClock25.dll = 1
show_terminal = 0 also works
