Hey GrigLog. Would you offer me permission to merge this mod into an ARPG overhaul I'm creating for Elden Ring? Vague letters are cringe and it gets worse when I'm trying to encourage people to make OP builds.
This most definitely does not work on the current version of the game. At least not if you merge the regulation.bin with that of other mods. It prevented the other mods from working as well until I removed it from the merge.
I got this to work even on 1.12. Quite easily as well, use mods merger(https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/5441?tab=description) I use multiple regulation mods so finding this out was quite amazing. My game version is 1.12.1 tho, not quite the latest. When you merge this mod, make sure it merges last, example have numbers in front of your mods in ToMerge folder. it merges the smallest number mod first. It also threw a param error, however in the game i see all of the scalings as numbers, even on a DLC weapon example bloodfiend's arm, i have it at +15(55 str 66 arc 13 dex). Starscourge Greatsword +10 matches the numbers on elden ring weapon calculator exactly.
I did the other way around, I made sure to load the regulation.bin mods I have latest so they essentially overwrite the outdated regulation.bin of this mod
It only shows green for params you have manually edited or imported csv's for. Opening your regulation bin doesn't show green on our end. People are asking for csv files for each of the params from the left column that you edited for this.
@Annacalamity You should pull up the guide you can find here on nexus on how to use DSMapStudio to merge regulation.bin files because it's all covered in there including how to extract .csv files from a regulation.bin you're looking to merge into yours
Are you sure you use the latest version? I had a similar bug in the old one. If you do, please say what is the gui where you observe number cropping. And what is your monitor and game resolution, maybe they are the problem

Of course, I'll credit you.
EDIT: posted an update, if you update your mod and want me to take it down just let me know

I am on 1.12 not sure if its broken for me because it was made for 1.10
also for merge is usually better if you include cvs to downlaod :)
