Allows the Map button to be rebound to another key

The default game, for some reason, has the map key hard bound to the G key on mouse and keyboard. It's hard bound on the controller as well, but its more of a problem on keyboard because it's G...that's a fuckin weird button for the map.
Apparently there was a line in the keybindings param for having the map key rebindable and all it needed was to have "rebindable" changed from 0 to 1 and given a text entry to explain what the binding does. It was actually that simple.
I don't know why that wasn't done in the vanilla game. Maybe adding the text entry of "Open the Map" was too much work to get finished before release, so instead they just cut the option out. But now I've brought it back for all of you.
Feel free to take this mod, merge it with other mods, your own mods, translate the 1 line it adds to other languages, whatever. I just want news of this to spread so everyone can finally enjoy changing the button to open their map.
