Mod includes an unintended replacement for the Serpentbone blade (wp_a_0557.partsbnd.dcx). Delete this file from the zip or after extracting to avoid that.
Would you be interested in making seals into wands instead? I've done it myself by renaming the parts, they look fine and the seal glow gets added to the end of the wand. However the incantations still come out of the hands instead of off the top of the wand.
Question! is the green aura around the academy glintstone staff vanilla, or modded? and if modded, is it a setting that can be turned off in the .regulation file or is it baked into the model? :D I love the model change, but I cant seem to vibe with the aura lol Fantastic mod btw c:!
Fantastic! I've always hated staves in games. I honestly don't like wands either tbh. Why do I need a stick to cast magic. I could usually suck it up and deal with the magic stick, but the biggest problem I had with them was the way they "sheathed" when you two-hand another weapon. Being the shape and length that they are, you'd imagine they would sheath on the back. Instead, this weirdly long stick would sheath on your hip like a sword...
This may not resolve my "magic without a stick" problem, but even if the staves were made invisible the animations would look awkward. This is the best possible resolution without also adjusting several animations.
If you can do regulation editing you can check a box to make seals cast magic. The Golden Order seal has int scaling so it does fine with casting magic. You can also change it to have the staffs on the back. I do that for a few of them. Lastly it is possible to make it so the staffs and seals are held in one hand basic stance even when two-handed. This looks more natural.
