Replaces the Scimitar, Falchion or Uchigatana with the arena swords from the Thor Ragnarok movie.
What's included in the mod?
You can choose to download the sword as replacements for a few weapons:
- Scimitar
- Falchion
- Uchigatana
- (another katana coming soon when I decide which)
How to Install
With ModEngine2 (Recommended):
- Get ModEngine2 if haven't yet and follow its setup instructions.
- Open mod zip file.
- Extract files to '...\ELDEN RING\Game\mod\parts\'.
Without ModEngine2:
- Unpack your game files with UXM, then click on "Patch".
- Extract the mod files to '...\ELDEN RING\Game\parts\' overwriting the files (you should make a backup of the original ones first).
Known Issues
- I've seen other mods where you can rename the name of the files to match a different weapon, this doesn't seem to work with this mod, but feel free to give it a try.
- The normal maps or tangent space are not perfect after importing the 3D model so lighting/details on the mesh may look a little bit wonky at times.
- No weapon trails. If I try to add them they appear misaligned, so I decided to not include them until there's a way to add them properly.
- If you equip two swords and go two handed, the secondary sword will move to the scabbard, but it will clip through it because it doesn't fit in there. I can't be bothered to model custom scabbards so I have no plans to fix this, sorry. If it bothers you unequip the secondary one with Left D-Pad.
