   is there a way to add mods, like one that has access to DLC?

   So i followed your instructions and everything but after replacing the Regulation.bin file it is not changing anything even with randomizer. I have the full map available but not waypoints, and starting and found weapons are unchanged. Do I need to do something with the .csv params? I'm confused on what to do from here.
