      You should check this mod if you want to unequip helmet for most NPCs

      EDIT : I made one for Leda specifically here
      Also with an alternate version to equip her the Circlet of Life

      If you want to merge these two mods, Feel free to use the CSVs files with Smithbox :)

    just replacing the regulation.bin right? well it turns out it didnt work for me, any help would be appreciated :) (im on 1.15 game vers)

      I literally say it's made for 1.16 everywhere, mod description and file description on downloaad page ..

      Why would you stay on an outdated version on the first place ?

    can i just replace regulation.bin without installing mod engine2?

      Yes, but apparently it also need to edit a param file, and you can replace it only if you use ModEngine2 (or your game is unpacked with UXM (and exe patched with UXM too))
      EDIT: apparently the "systemparam.parambnd.dcx" file is unneeded, weird

    Could you also post a .csv for merging with other mods? It'd make installation a lot simpler for those who are less mod-literate.

      in the meantime, you can use the mod merger to merge regulation.bin mods easily

      not sure it can merge systemparam (dcx file) but most mods don't edit this anyway
