    The mod DOES work!

    If you are having problems with it, you merged the mod with your regulation.bin file wrong. If you don't know how to do that, read through this post and follow it's steps. 

    Don't just drag and drop this mod into your game's directory and assume it's going to work. Follow the installation instructions from the description.

    Death blight proccing has now been fixed in the 3.0 update with death root animations added! Special thanks to techbot911 for helping me out with fixing the bugs!

    Please help death blight is not killing the enemies with one shot and also when I Try to increase the dmg yes it one shots but it removes the animation. there is no death blight animation when I increased the dmg it deals what should I Do?

      It's not supposed to kill enemies in one shot. That's not how deathblight works. Just the same as when deathblight is applied on you, there is a resistance bar on your screen. When that fills up, you instantly die. It is the same for enemies in the game except they have no resistance bar to tell you how much blight you've applied. They have resistances to the deathblight. The mod isn't supposed to make you overpowered. Apply enough blight on your enemy (provided the enemy isn't machinery or related to death) and the enemy WILL instantly die. 

      Regarding animations, if you're messing with my mod files, you broke the animations I set in place. I don't know what to tell you.

      Thank you for making this mod, though I think OP makes a great point.


      I merged this with my regulation.bin, all of the csv files. Then I went and tested it, used Fia's mist. Enemy did not die after it proc'd. Saw the death root animation, but the enemy is still alive.

      Now I went and edited "70 - Blight Effec"t to make it so that the changeHPRate went from 50 to 100.000. Tested it, this time, the enemy did die after waiting for the death blight to proc. But here comes a new problem, the animation did not proc.

      Again. Messing with my csv file is going to cause the animation to stop working.

    Would you be able to make more things susceptible to sleep/eternal sleep? The DLC went out of its way to give us the new fancy version of sleep and it is still limited to basic enemies and a handful of bosses making it extremely niche.

      Probably, but don't quote me on it. I'd be interested in making a mod that does that, however I don't have a lot of time on my hands.

      I've thought about it for sure, but unfortunately adding in animations for madness proccing is way outside my expertise.

    Hello, hope you will answer, I Have a question i was able to finish the scv stuff process and yeah now dead magic can be used to enemies yet its not one shooting isn't it supposed to give the effect of instant death when used ?

    Hi! Which bosses are immune to Death Blight specifically? (Fortissax is one of them, I assume)

      Anything that is machinery or related to death

      Radabeast is not immune to death blight.

      It is working. You installed the mod incorrectly. Please ensure that you read the installation instructions. If you need to merge this mod with others you have installed, you need to merge the mod.

      I haven't updated this mod in months or checked it. Reading others comments on my mod, madness/deathblight procs aren't working right now. You're better off merging my mod with Clever's Modpack. 

      Update: Yes, it does. This mod was made with the 1.16 patch files. If you have problems with getting it to work, you installed it incorrectly.

    How do I know if madness and death blight successfully proc on enemies? Is there like some special stun or animation...? I tried to use the Madness Grab on the Flame Guardian but there was no indication that Madness procced
    Edit: Just realized that this isn't like Skyrim modding, I merged the mod with Clever's Modpack and now Madness is properly proccing

    Do you know how to merge the systemparam folder or is it a big issue if another mod overwrites that folder of this mod? I wanted to use the more greases mod with this but ive no clue how to merge the stuff in the param folder that they both have.

      Not a big issue. Those files are written when using smithbox. A lot of modders leave those files in the mod directory just in case something needs to be rebuilt. All you really need to merge and worry about is the regulation.bin file. 

      All you really need is the regulation.bin file to get the mod to work. Ensure it is up to date with your game's current regulation.bin file so that the game doesn't crash.

    Madness is activated, but Death Blight is not activated

    I know the conditions. The effects of the Eclipse Shotel can't trigger death
    can only activate it with fia's mist
    Death blight is not triggered for invaders tarnished  and tarnished + npc
    I think the damage done by deathblight is too strong at 50% of the maximum physical strength per time. I hope it's a little lower-caliber damage like Exciting Blood, Frozen, Madness

      Death Blight IS activated. If it is not working for you, you installed the mod incorrectly. 

      If you have issues with the way I built the mod, change the params yourself, but do not post your version online without asking for permission.
