    我的处理器是r5500 虽然能稳定60但是经常出现掉帧,自从用了这个之后完全稳定下来了,爱了,我可以说这是最完美的mod

If the google translate is correct, then I am glad to have helped. <3 Thanks to KUPOkinz on YouTube for making that video about this. :)

Ok i must agree that Elden Ring really load cpu core 0 to 100% often and game give some micro stutters periodically so this tweak relax core 0 and make more loaded cores 1 and 2 and now i not see those stutters anymore so this tweak not boost fps but at least make game less stutter. But after enable back core 0 i not see that it load 100% again so looks like this issue with overload of core 0 is not consistent.

It's also going to be different across setups, as the windows scheduler works differently with different CPUs.

    You're a lifesaver!
I was so tired of doing it manually.
In my experience, it removes lag spikes that I consistently experience with vanilla ER
    Thank you

Yea, no problem! Glad it helps. This should work with any game, too, so if any other game has this issue, give it a try!

this is not related to affinity but i noticed this trick: disable and enable Ray Tracing, it give fps boost. You started game with already enabled RT and see less fps then expect to see, disable it and enable back (no need return to main menu) and your fps raise. In scene where i usually do screenshots for my mods i get around 90fps instead 70 after this easy procedure, so my question devs are you stupid or what? why RT work slower without re-enable it? Looks like this bug not consistent so i not sure what conditions exactly trigger it.

It could be an issue with DirectX.

well, i tested different combos of disabled cpu cores/threads and found out that it not improve fps at all, my cpu is 5700x3d, i only seen degradation of fps when i disabled like half or more of threads/cores. This utility just automate affinity set so you not need set it manually with each game launch but big question if disable some threads/cores really useful? in my case no and this is not gpu bottleneck because gpu report usage of around 150-170w from max 220 (4070super).

Did you try with just core 0? Did you check your GPU usage with and without it? Did you watch the video I referenced?

with default setting i tried at first place and not seen any difference, if fluctuation around 1 fps can call improvement at all.

cpu ryzen 7 5700x3d, gpu nvidia RTX4070super, ram 32gb ddr4 3600, ssd samsung 990pro (gen4 originally but work in gen3 mode), btw all this wonderfull hardware i managed to buy thanks to Nexus donations, my previous pc was trashy as hell (cpu intel i5-4440, ram 8gb ddr3, gpu nvidia gtx660). Sorry but this trick with disable core 0 is not improve fps for me. Probably this workaround work not for all hardware configs. I seen video, guy have 12 core cpu my is 8 core so my guess that this may be useful for those who have big core cpu (12,16), or maybe it just Intel cpu who get this boost from disabled 0 core i no idea.

my fps vary pretty much depending on complexity of scene, with all settings max and ray tracing enabled that of course increase cpu load also i get around 80 fps min in open world and around 120-150 in easy scenes like interiors. Can't say that i get not enough performance but either way affinity tweak not help in my case.

Yea, it sounds like you don't have a GPU bottleneck, so, it isn't going to effect you.

Ah, yes. This bug is quite common. Have you tried turning your brain off and then on again?
