For anyone who can't get this to work, here is how I had to do it.
I downloaded Yapped, and instead of using the given bin file, I had to edit my own. I use another mod on top of this, (The Carion Combo Warriors mod since it comes with its own bin file) so yours may differ, but I had to go into that bin file and edit "EquipParamGoods" instead of SpEffectParam because that bin file doesn't let me edit that section.
EquipParamGoods > 2900 > Sell Value (2900 - 2912 are golden runes)
This will not affect the use value, you will have to sell them to a merchant, but this is what worked for me.
So if I used this offline with EAC turned off, pretty much all precautions taken. Could I bank a bunch of runes to level to max and then restore everything to default by using a backed up version of the bin file and not get banned?
Tried using and selling with the .bin file in the mod folder of Mod Engine 2, but it did not work. The .bin should already have been altered, so I do not believe I would need to yapper it myself. I even tried to replace my original .bin file with this one, but that did not work either. Please let me know in detail if you have the solution.
am i doing something wrong because i download it then put the the bin into the mods folder and it doesnt work i have no other mods too. be happy if you could help.
Can anyone tell me where to find the values to modify in yap so I can give it my own values? Nvm: it's under EquipParamGoods scroll to 2900 in 2nd column, sell value in 3rd column.
Tried it and it doesn't work. If I go to sell the golden runes they are still 200.
Nevermind it works. What you have to do is go to inventory and select "use" when you select the golden rune. I never knew this until now lol. I thought you had to sell it to the merchant.

go into yapped with your regulation.bin go to EquipParamGoods go down to line 2900 and edit the sell value
