Fixes roll input lag without any additional software using only steaminput

Fix the delay on rolls using steaminput only
V2: Square (X) is now dedicated to dodge
You can use items by using both triangle (Y) and square (X) and/or if you have a ps4 controller left trackpad click
Also added a quickswipe functionality to the trackpad linked to the four quick use items for DualShock controller
V1: Circle (B) is now dedicated to dodge and square (X) is now used to run

I know some mods already do something similar but they all came with some majors issues I wanted to fix with this config like the use of external software and possible bans (even if extremely unlikely) or added input delay like how "Dodge Roll Lag Fix for Controllers" will add massive input delay to the run button even if it removes the dodge one, or some other options would make a mess with the menu navigation
My config will remove the input delay without adding it anywhere and will keep the menu navigation 100% functional without the use of any external software
