reshade 5.3.0 got an error x4014 for hotsamplinghelper.fx cannot have divergent gradient operations inside flow control i don't know if this have an actual impact on preset but here fix for that issue: open hotsamplinghelper.fx in notepad (location ELEX\system\reshade-shaders\Shaders\Daodan) replace return tex2D(ReShade::BackBuffer, texcoord).rgb; with return tex2Dlod(ReShade::BackBuffer, float4(texcoord, 0, 0)).rgb; in reshade menu press reload - error fixed
I recently found out that Reshade doesn't offer the shaders needed for download anymore. Not sure why, but I'll try to find a location for downloading them manually. I'll update this post once I found anything.
If you happen to know a place or have time for looking yourself, we're looking for these:
hey m8, just started to play elex again, searched for some mods, dl ur reshade and as u said in february - these 3 shaders are missing. welp, im using reshade for many yrs and im not dumb but... how to get those back?! :D >.<
btw, using reshade version 4.2.1 because it is the last "good" one, imo. never had issues with it.
Did you tick "performance mode" on the Reshade panel? It's in the lower right in the shader window. I have a different Graphics card and didn't experience any performance loss actually, so I can't test.
You can try to tinker with the bloom shaders, or disable those completely. Default key for bringing up the Reshade config window should be the "Home" key. There you can turn stuff off and on and also toggle performance mode. Hope that helps.
The MINE file is the Reshade preset. You need to first install Reshade with the shaders I listed in the instructions and then throw the MINE preset into the same location where the Reshade files are. That's the folder were the Elex.exe is as well.
Sorry for the late answer, by the way. I was kinda busy.
maybe you figured out by yourself by now, but I wanted to put on a detailed installation guide for others:
1. Unpack the MINE.INI and put it in \Steam\steamapps\common\ELEX\system (or for other use, just as Valorin said: "That's the folder were the Elex.exe is as well.") 2. Go onhttps://reshade.me/ 3. Scroll down and download the latest version of the reshade (ReShade_Setup_X.Y.Z.exe) 4. Just in case, also put the ReShade_Setup_X.Y.Z.exe in \Steam\steamapps\common\ELEX\system 5. Click the ReShade_Setup_X.Y.Z.exe and choose of all listed games, the best one of course: ELEX. ;-) 6. Install everything, by pressing check all in the installer (sometimes you have to first click uncheck all and after that the button will turn to check all) 6. If you are done with everything, choose in the last menu of the installer the MINE.INI (possibly it is already detected by default) 7. Start the game and wait until the Reshader configures itself. You will see a notification on the top of your screen. 8. Press Pos1, if you want to change some settings and finally ESC.

If you happen to know a place or have time for looking yourself, we're looking for these:
- PD80_01B_RT_Correct_Color.fx
- PD80_04_Color_Gradients.fx
- MultiLUT.fx
EDIT:
The shaders seem to be back... It's magic. Or maybe the downloading source was just down.

edit, nvm
I can download graphic options, but I didn't imagine that I would have to do it with a graphic that meets the requirements.
Any reshade options that can be reduced?
