The two won't work together. It's one or the other, I'd make sure this comes below EGO. The creator of EGO and I, have obvious design philosophies. He/she likes their way. I like mine. :) Granted, EGO makes some interesting changes. Mine, isn't meant to make diverge too much from base, because I feel Enderal has a great system just the way it is. All I am doing, is tweaking things a little bit.
At the moment, I mostly just eat roasted wolf (bear, crab, etc) meat for the regen buff. Have these had their "Regen" stat nerfed like the raw versions? I like the idea of the food categories doing different things and the extra little buffs, but don't want to lose my go to out of combat regen foods lol. Thanks.
Well the "New" seared recipes (without the salt), have seriously reduced healing from the normally cooked with proper equipment. So they only last 3 minutes. Otherwise, I have not touched the base durations of the standard food.
Just speaking from how I've personally modded my game: I reactivated vanilla Skyrim levels of passive health regeneration using another mod, so a mod like this or a needs mod that brings some purpose back to food/drink/rest are nice. I'd like to be able to get to where my character only has to eat once or at most twice a day, unfortunately in vanilla Enderal I had to eat constantly to restore my health (unless I went with an entropy build and ate souls instead).
Ah coolies. I'm a big fan of Enderal's food and healing system, personally. I just felt I wanted to do some tweaks. And that, I love to add little benefits to food here and there.

1. Download original files.
2. Drag Enderal Food & Harvest.esp from the archive to Enderal Special Edition\Data and override.
This can safely overwrite the changes made to drinks and food by EGO if it is loaded after it?
