Just had my first play session with German VO with English subtitles and can already tell I prefer the German VO to the English VO.

For those who might be wondering about the syncing of the subtitles, from just speaking to people in Riverville I've noticed the German and English scripts aren't 1 to 1 translations. They're close enough but some voice lines may run a little long, so a character may still be speaking her first line but the subtitles may have already moved on to her next one or vice versa.

and here my personal opinion/experience with the differences in VO. Not to diminish the astounding feat of having VO in overall good sound quality in a fan-made conversion mod (EN or DE) but in contrast to where some of the English cast sound cartoonish (the child and the Alchemist lady in Riverville for example) the German cast sound more like 'actual' people.
Thank you for uploading these as an Mod Manager Download, they make it much easier to install compared to the other methods I have seen!
I have always hoped for a German language version with English Subtitles and text like in Nehrim. The mix of British, very American and downright poor voice acting has always irked me with the Native English version, it all just feels very out of place for a dark fantasy setting. Even prior to Enderals release I was very worried about the focus on it being all voiced acted in English. I loved the feeling and atmosphere the German dialogue gave Nehrim and Enderal seemed incomplete without it.
Hopefully the differences in sentence structure and timing do not become to egregious/buggy but so far it seems to work well.
