Though I recommend against changing items... I tried it and the items cannot be deleted afterwards. Trying to delete a changed item crashes my game at least. Though it could be there's some step I missed in using this but probably not unfortunately. I tried to delete the item because I selected a weapon and it came out as "common" and it would not let me salvage it so I tried deleting...
Thanks for pointing it out, this is my first update, I wasn't sure how it would behave during the game, yes you are right you can't remove an item (sword etc) but you can move it to a chest.I'm uploading an updated version 2.0 - it's a compilation of various cheat tables in one. + extended list of items
