Early 2023 review: I use this mod for my every playthrough of Fallout 3, New Vegas and 4 because it's more satisfying than vanilla to see all this aftermath from every battle all over the place. Stable, easy to adjst for your preferences. Should you try this mod in 2023? Yes, absolutely.
I think I have read most of your reviews so far and I have to say that they are all of the highest quality. I also like how you say at the end if you should still try this mod in 2023 as it helps cement your opinion about the mod. Should you read and trust these reviews in 2023 or in the future? Yes, absolutely.
@PrxjectDestroyer Thank you for your honest words, it's really important to me. When I returned to Fallout 3 modding in March of 2023, I really saw opportunity to provide useful and, most importantly, "actual" little or big reviews (depending on the size of reviewed project) because not many people think about new or returning players of Fallout 3 mods.
love it, been using it literally a decade, but I miss the vanilla blood on screen; it wasn't as thick and messy as the mod. Which files do I need to change to get the vanilla blood on screen back?
To revert back to vanilla screen blood: -Download the optional plugins files download. add "dD-Screen Blood Vanilla.esp" to the fallout folder where all the other plugins are and make sure it's loaded after Enhanced Blood Main plugin

For anyone who wants to further enhance this In Fallout.ini and in Fallout_default.ini under [Decals] add:
uMaxSkinDecals=1000000 (or any custom value) uMaxSkinDecalPerActor=5000000 (or any custom value)
and under [Display] add:
fDecalLOD0=2000000 (or any custom value)
This makes it so that bullet holes or stab wounds stay on characters and have no limit (by default they are limited to 3 at once and stay only for few seconds) and also make it so that blood splatters appear at bigger distance.
so, first off, I love this mod, it makes the game feel more realistic...BUT, the screen splatter is way too much, I get shot once and suddenly my entire screen is nothing but blood and I can't see jack s#*!, or i walk over a skeleton and because "bethesda" I end up taking damage from the skeleton moving around and My entire screen is full of blood and I can't see anything. it's a very annoying thing to deal with.

Glad to help returning players :)
