In-Game guide on were to find the 5 Keller Family Transcripts.

This small addon adds a terminal to your Megaton House with the location to all the Keller Family Transcripts.
The addon also give's you 6 transcripts to take on your journey including a map and 5 guides on were to exactly find them.
I was inspired to make this when i was finding them myself, i had to exit fallout 3 to read up on the next location, but with this addon it all in your pip boy so you can find them with ease.
Actually is was originally so i could get Ahztek's weapons lol :)
NOTE: I haven't put them in correct order as the game has, but the guide still works so its not a big issue.
