From thebestsniper8: "These are the best possible graphics in a heavily modded Fallout 3 at the moment (in my opinion.) I have used too many mods to count but an edited blackout enb based on the enb series and Nmc's texture pack are staples in this install. The game is 100% stable and without recording plays at 30-40 fps. The highest quality bokeh dof, ssao, smaa, detailed shadows, godrays(sunshafts) and 8x msaa and transparency supersampling anti aliasing are present. Enjoy :)" Thanks for the video mate!
