Uniquely modified Scribe robe sealed against the elements and the radiation.
Grants a bonus to science and repair skills as well as moderate radiation resistance.
Customised mesh and textures
Can be found at Arlington library in a footlocker in the lobby. (pictured)
The explanation is that all scribes wear environment suits when they leave the citadel. just that we never see anyone but this particular scribe in a position where they would have done so. but she's taken it off and put it in the footlocker for comfort reasons.
