This file contains JPEG images of most, but not all, hair styles available for female characters. This is not a mod but reference material to help you select hairstyles for your characters and NPCs.

Thanks and kudos to the creative artists that came up with all these coiffures and made them available to the Fallout 3 community. The providers of the hairstyle mods that have been used as the source for these images are listed below. There are other artists who have contributed to the hairstyles shown in the file whose work is greatly appreciated and are appropriately acknowledged at the listed sites.

This file was generated so that I could more easily select a hairstyle while using ElminsterAU's indispensible FO3Edit [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=637]. If you have images that you want to add to this file, please feel free to do so.
I have recently started using FastStone Image Viewer [http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm], a freeware (donation ware) app that I discovered in the process of searching for an easy tool to generate comic strips. So far I'm impressed with its performance and versatility. I used IrfanView [http://www.irfanview.com/] to capture the images from GECK. The adult models in the images were mostly developed by Herculine [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12899] whose amazing variety of characters greatly brighten up the environs of the wasteland. The children models were created by Kiwi and the CotW Team (see above).
This is reference material only and I make no claims to having contributed in any way to the creation of the amazing hairstyles depicted. If you want to show your appreciation for these hairstyles by all means go to the author sites and endorse their efforts or give them kudos---they deserve it.
101222 - Uploaded a file containing images of Shojo female hairstyles, some of which are child versions of hairstyles in the main file. Discovered when tweaking my Shojo oompanion in GECK. All credit belongs to eomanv [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11215] and the other artists listed above.
110113 - The updated file includes the original images, Shojo styles and 8 "Coolhair" styles that were not in the original file. Blackblossom created the model used for the "Coolhair" photos [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14908].
110117 - Added GeneProjector's 16 color presets.
