A fully decked out player home in minefield with all the amenities for the post apocalyptic world!
#the 2 files are the exact same 1 accidentally uploaded two so take you pic there the exact same.
House features:
= pristine Nuka-Cola machine
= clinic fully stocked with chems
= indoor BB gun shooting gallery
= outdoor shooting range
= prewar car
= junkyard full of cool stuff
= 2 safes
= GNR radio/jukebox
= bedroom for Fawkes
= workbench
= My First Laboratory
= my first infirmary
= clean bed
= computer (just for show)
= lovely prewar garden
= full heath weapons (AK-47, hunting rifle, 32. pistol e.c.t)
= CLEAN TOILET!!!!!
= dog bed for Dogmeat (teddy bear included)
= failed FEV subject in a cage (dead)
= rad free taps!
= shrunken caged Mirelurk king- don\'t worry won\'t bite! (I changed his settings so he won\'t kill you) # note # other Mirelurk kings in the wasteland have not been changed by this mod and still hate you and try to kill you so watch out lone wanderer!
= HEAPS OF STORAGE! over 20 containers approx
*This mod requires no DLC, only the base game.

Simply drag and drop the esp file to your Fallout 3 data folder.
this is my first published mod if there are any bugs please report them to me please.
# KNOWN BUGS#
lighting glitches: sometimes Fawkes turns Black when he comes in the house, I don't know why but you can use your Pipboy light to light him up. :)
*the lighting glitch might also apply to other followers but they go back to normal when you step outside.
