Welcome to the Fallout Remastered 2017 Modding Guide. This short guide is my attempt at bringing Fallout 3 as far into 2017 as I can bring it, focusing on what the game would be like if it was remastered. This short video is fairly concise, so for anyone having trouble, I have laid out a very detailed version of the video guide in the description below us. If you want your game to look like mine, make sure you follow all of my instructions, as many of the changes and mods in this video rely on each other.
