I successfully ported this for TTW for personal use. @ qwertyasdfgh, can I either send it to you to upload here or have permission to share my port here or on Fallout NV Nexus, giving you full credit?
It worked perfectly- does what it says it on the tin, and doesn't touch anything else. Really makes a difference in RP!
I was struggling with the fact that my character couldn't risk the failsafe killing her and her dad (the failsafe terminal notably says nothing about an escape route in the game, but it does say it will kill everyone but Braun), but she didn't want to leave things as they were either. Managed to get into the office, shot Braun in the head, now hopefully everyone in the simulation can live their lives without being tortured! (until life support goes out someday or I come back with a computer whiz who can ask them what they want- slowly noticing I'm living in a cheesy simulation sounds like a horror movie to me).
I remember I spent some time checking all activators and terminals at vault 112 looking for way to open Dr Braun's stasis pod. Later I knew it was no posible. And you made it posible with your mod. Thank you. Endorsed
You have this one; http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/3012/? But yep love the idea of opening the pod. Can you "talk" to or interact at all? What kind of karma adjustment? Will be checking this out. Thanks for posting
It would be game breaking if he was able to speak. He's actually stuck in the simulation forever. If it gets unplugged, he's dead. Hence why the pre-war mastermind has out lived for over 200 years.
