   Hey can you help me out. I'm trying to edit Fallout 4 billboard's texture but gimp-2.8.14-setup-1 and this plugin of yours can't read the files. Is Gimp no longer allowed to be used in Fallout 4? What do I need to do?

   I already have Jasc Paint Pro, is there any way to get this for Paint Pro? or some kind of converter, please answer i really need something that can help me.

   If you post a file you downloaded you should mention the author and link to the website in your description to give credit in my opinion, also its easier yust to post the link so people can get the latest version or yust download the binaries.
