Description:

Tired of wearing sunglasses when playing Fallout 3 ?  Tired of overbright skies and clouds? If you really want to enjoy natural ambiant light, true skies colors and realistic sun then you need this fix!

This mod was created to counter effect of HDR engine bug using DYNAMIC WEATHER from Xepha. To be used only with DW installed first.

What's been done:

- Removed annoying shadow-like circle around player when moving, most visible on grass and near water planes.

- Lighting values reworked to prevent overbright skies when looking at the horizon/floor. Some slight overbright preserved during foggy/misty/overcast weathers and during sunrise/sunset for every weather.

- Optional Reworked clouds, sun, sunglare, stars, and sharper/smaller moon.

- All in One package or separate downloads

Additional information:

This mod's main version was created using Dynamic Weather + Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow V2 Hotfix. As a result, it has master dependency with Enhanced Weather  - Rain and Snow ESM
.

FOR THOSE USING DYNAMIC WEATHER WITHOUT ENHANCED WEATHER RAIN AND SNOW, please download and install the ESP ONLY OR THE AIO PACKAGE versions found in MISCELLEANOUS files.

BEST WAY TO GET DIRECT BENEFITS FROM THIS MOD IS TO START A FRESH NEW GAME

FOR EXISTING SAVED GAMES , TRY TO
RESET/INITiATE NEW WEATHER FROM PIPBOY WEATHER MACHINE.

IF IT DOES NOT WORK THEN TRY TO:

- UNLOAD ALL EXISTING DYNAMIC WEATHER ESM/ESP,
- START GAME. LOAD ANY EXISTING SAVED GAME DESPITE MISSING ESPs WARNINGS.
- SAVE AND QUIT GAME.
- RE-ACTIVATE DYNAMIC WEATHER ESM/ESPs.
- ENABLE THIS MOD'S ESP AND START GAME AGAIN.
- LOAD LAST SAVE.
- OVERBRIGHT SHOULD HAVE GONE AWAY

UPDATES LOG :

MAIN v1.1 / V1.1A :
MAIN AIO AND CLOUD ONLY PACKAGES
UPDATED TO V1.1/V1.1A   ... MADE A MISTAKE NAMING CLOUDS TEXTURES FOLDER "MEIMOD" INSTEAD OF "MIEIMOD". APOLOGY.
USERS THAT ALREADY HAVE DOWNLOADED PLEASE REMOVE "MEIMOD" TEXTURE FOLDER AND EXTRACT "MIEIMOD" FROM V1.1 OR V1.1A NEW PACKAGES. OVERWRITE WHEN ASKED.

MISCELLEANOUS V1.1B :
REMOVED" MIEIMOD" FOLDER FOR DYNAMIC WEATHER ONLY USERS IN CORRESPONDING AIO PACKAGE (NO RAIN AND SANSTORMS
MISCELLEANOUS V1.1B)... NO NEED FOR IT SINCE IT PART OF ENHANCED WEATHER RAIN AND SNOW. APOLOGY AGAIN.

USERS THAT ALREADY HAVE DOWNLOADED PLEASE REMOVE "MEIMOD" TEXTURE FOLDER.

ALL VERSIONS UPDATED TO V2:
Found out that Fast traveling resets current DW weather without initiating a new one. Game switches to vanilla weather for some time, until DW climate changes on its own or forced using weather machine. As a result shadow-like circle around player and overbright light re-appear until weather changes again! This can last for some time and happens every time fast travel is used. Going Indoor/Outdoor and vice-versa doesn't seem to affect DW weathers.

Therefore had to integrate tweaked
Vanilla
weathers and imagespace FXs to this mod, acting as a buffer waiting for DW to initiate a new weather.

Dynamic Weather orignal imagespaceFXs have been tweaked to give a bit more contrast and brightness.

ALL VERSIONS UPDATED TO V3:
Weather not applying correctly after fast travel bug has kindly been fixed by Drarack. It was a Dynamic Weather script problem. Weather running when fast travelling applies at travel's destination point.

NEW V3 ESP Only and AIO packages released for both Main and Miscelleanous versions.

Use ESP Only versions to update from V2 to V3

Load Order:

(- Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow v2 Hotfix ESM) Optional
 - dynamic weather ESM
....
....
....
 - dynamic weather DLC/ADDONS/EXTRAS ESPs
 - This mod ESP
(- Bash Patch/Merged Patch) Optional

This mod's ESP can be tagged with c.climate bash entry. This mean that you can merge it into bash patch (Wrye users) making sure that it won't be overriden. This mod should be loaded late, you need to put it as low as possible in your load order, after  DW esps and any other mods that modify game ImageSpace/ImageSpaceAdapter FX.
