Flesh-burning Plasma Ver. 0.1 - By J3X

========== Description ==========
- Visually changes the critical kill effect for all plasma weapons. It now burns the flesh from the bones.
========== Installation ==========
1. Unzip FleshBurningPlasma.esp to your Fallout 3\Data folder. Unless you changed it it's probably "C:\Program\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data".
2. Start the Fallout launcher or FOMM, select "Data Files" and check FleshBurningPlasma.esp.
3. Run the game.
========== Uninstall==========
Delete FleshBurningPlasma.esp files from your Data folder.

========== Possible conflicts & bugs ==========
- The skeletons need better textures (using vanilla textures atm)
- Sometimes the skeleton does not get spawned right.... This happens if the NPC is performing a special animation.
