Yes but they will respawn and cause chaos in your base but if you know how i can make them not respwan send me a pm. thx

Add some hostile enclave troopers, they have to defend that base somehow...
Friendly enclave soldiers? That's illogical, plus it detracts from gameplay. -
That's strange is it only with your own made npc's i placed some furniture markers too. i try to find the buggy things thx for your bug report. ^_^

This is one great base....but the mess hall/dining room is sorta buggy as my custom made people and followers cant sit down or so when i tell them to wait and use a command "this is home" where they interact with thier surroundings etc. Dont suppost you could make the chairs and tables stop floating in mid air?
id do it meself but not that GECK literate when it comes to building making and stuff. All i can do is create NPCS.

well i navmeshed the base so you can bring npc's in but i was thinking to place some friendly enclave soldiers

Looks really awesome when i install Operation: anchorage il rate & download one question could you post a picture that shows if it has any guard (espacially if you had a deathclaw cage or animal)
