    Seems pretty good, I've wanted a two-handed samurai sword for a while now. However, I think that you have made this sword a bit too big. I know that the default two-handed weapon hand positions on the handle make it difficult to make the weapon much smaller without messing up the grip positions, but from that first screenshot it seems that you could afford to make the sword about 15-20% smaller and still have enough handle to play with when it comes to the grip. This would depend on whether you could then move the highest hand grip position on the Nif file so that it still is underneath the blade on the handle, as I think I tried to make a 1 handed sword use 2-handed animations before and this was the problem. So if you could fix those things in the Nif file then this mod would be perfect, as at the moment I think it looks unrealistically large.

      Put Nodachi Size at google.
      It's on the limit of what you can use, really.
      It COULD be slightly smaller, but it should be as big as the player.
      I in fact like to use them that big IRL.
      Not real ones, i mean, reproductions.
      A sword of your size is really great at fighting if you know how use it. It works like a spear, really, but it can also cut and you can push and use close combat by locking weapons really well. Close combat with greatswords is underrated. Also, it generates a MASSIVE power if you do a big hit (you should NOT, it leaves you open).

    having a problem here with this mod. i killed the samurai when he came out of that freezer thing, but he was only carrying the armour and helmet ... no sword ????

    It is installed correctly so shouldnt it be on his body ?

      The samurai will have the sword once you meet with him on the bridge. He has to find his sword. As it turns out, it's in the garage area of the ship. You have to go in there if you want it for yourself. Do not complete the mission where you do the spacewalk yet, because it seals those doors after the engine room's main quest is completed.     @DarkSamurai117 You don't get the sword with the samurai anyway, you have to keep playing and at the end the samurai will have the sword....then kill him and get the sword

    Thanks, why don't you remake daikatana & Sheath(sword cover) mode? Ex) Sword & Sheath combine mode - Charactor's back. Sword view mode - When Charactor's Equipped!

    is it any stronger than the original?
    i've never played a melee char, but wanted to try it out
    and for a samurai sword, i think it should penetrate armor, just like the deathclaw ganulet
    so if it could bypass damage resistent, it would be great
