Didn't like the boring menu so i just made a more simple menu kinda like Skyrim's style.
Decided to upload this incase someone might like it too.
The YouTube vid is 15mb compressed, original .bk2 is 40mb.
Only tested on 16:9 (1366x768)
Fallout 4 title with decaying/old TV effects.
No known bugs or performance hits.
