I really REALLY love this mod, really adds more diversity and he simply just looks majesti Makes me crave for similar mod for player but not sure if it's even possible or if someone will make it <\3 But man, that would be so dope, I personally would love to create half-ghoul!
I have an issue where he just... isn't a ghoul anymore. He looks good, the mod changes the bone structure, hair, etc, but it removes his ghoul skin, so he just looks like an average Joe with a pirate hat (and purple rubber gloves, I'm guessing that's also a texture problem). I don't have any DLC or anything that it could be conflicting with, and I don't think it's conflicting with any mods because most of mine aren't appearance based. Does anyone have an idea how to solve it?
Hey you guys! (LoL) Are you using "GhastlyHancock.esp" for his white (or other color) eyes from "Ghastly - Ghoul Eyes"? That mod is made for "vanilla Hancock", so will remove all the goodness of "Sexy Hancock". So try removing it.
I also have the same problem. I started a fresh save after the following mods and it finally fixed the issue:
Real HD Face Textures
Looksmenu Compendium - 2K Face Textures
Ghastly - Ghoul Eyes Texture (All-in-One Pack)
This mod finally showed up then instead of being a funky smooth skin mixture that you describe. As someone said earlier, I think once an NPC is edited in one save it persists even if you uninstall the mod, so you either need to start with a new save file and play a new game or use a new save file to make a Looksmenu preset to add to whatever you already have going.
Instead of creating a new game, I save outside of Goodneighbor before entering for the first time. This has let me remove mods and reload to fiddle with it, thankfully.
This happens on the NG version of the game due to the fact that the texture resolution is 1024, but it should be 2048, you can use Fallout 4 Texture resizer, it helped me. By the way, there is a possibility that the texture will remain smooth or black, then you need to enter slm 00022615 0, save the preset, and load it. It helped me UPD: Uh nevermind, it breaks after restarting the game, just install the Fix from dancey "Sexy Hancock HiRes DLC Patch"
okay PLEASE HELPPP i have this issue where hancocks face texture is on other npcs these are not changed by a mod at all elder maxon has the same texture, gage from the nuka world dlc does and one other npc who is from a mod {sim settlements} but is there anything that can be done or is it just a glitch im stuck with. im not mad its just immersion breaking lolol i LLOOOVVVEEE this mod and tbh hancock with this mod is just canon in my head now i like the not rotting away prune look lolol
lovely mod, seriously. but i ended up having a change of heart and just wanted to switch back to the OG hancock (vanilla game version) however, when i reloaded the game after untinstalling the mod via vortex, instead of hancock i was met with disembodied teeth and hair... just wondering if there are any manual steps i have to take to uninstall the mod?
Is it weird that I subconsciously see this version as the "canon" Hancock? Now every time I see someone's playthrough on yt and they use vanilla Hancock it feels wrong for a second lol
I've tried several times to get this to work, but he keeps getting brown, smooth skin without ghoulish features. I have uninstalled the HD DLC and have no other texture mods that can override it. Any clues on what to do?

Mix and match your choice of skin and hair.
Don't think that I don't love you. I love you all. I appreciate all of your images and comments.
