A simple mod that makes one of my favorite weapons in this game, the Ripper, a viable option to use.

Rippers, gotta love em right...oh wait...it only has a base damage of 4...useless...
This mod aims to fix that! The Ripper is one of my favorite weapons in this game but I felt it was vastly underpowered being pretty much a chainsaw. I changed the based value of the Ripper from 4 to 15 to bring it to par with some other melee weapons. Now I can see myself (and hopefully YOUR self) using this weapon as a good playthrough melee weapon.

Installation:
To install this mod, simply drop it in your Fallout 4\Data folder or install it with Nexus Mod Manager/Mod Organizer.
Uninstallation:
Delete UsefulRippers.esp or disable it in Nexus Mod Manager/Mod Organizer.
