I've been trying to have a good looking recreation of E-102 Gamma from Sonic Adventure using Automatron for a while now, and this mod gave me the PERFECT torso to use, especially with the hydraulic sentry head. He looks so great!
I'm seeing that this mod has some potentially crippling installation issues. There's another mod that does (mostly) the same thing, just without the shoulder parts. Should I just use that one because it's more stable and miss out on that functionality?
Never crashed so much in my life. Such a shame - it looked promising. But a seven year old mod is way to out-of-date - I should have known better. I'll try the newer one, even though it seems to less options as to have the attachments.
EDIT: I removed this mod, and I no longer have CTDs when I go anywhere near a sentrybot. Since I have WotC and a bunch of other mods that add enemy spawns, running into sentries was common-enough for the game to become unplayable for me. However, in the interest of FULL DISCLOSURE, I also use Live Action Mr. Handy, and those parts 'may' have been conflicting (although it seems it was only the sentires that were freezing my game - I'm am about 75% certain the Handys I was able to target just fine). I am not going to reenable the plugin to check, but I think it also disabled the lights that the Mr. Handy's were supposed to have from the other mod (load-order may have fixed that, but with the sentry problem I wasn't willing to check). I am currently running no other robot mods. Its entirely likely one of the many updates Bethesda has done to the game has borked this, or it is a FO4UP 'fix' that is doing this. EDIT2: I am currently working on a robot mod of my own - part of my personalized 'modpack'-style mods that have been tweaked to work together. IF (BIG if there) I ever get around to publishing something like that, I 'may' be tempted to load this back in to see if I can find the conflict and fix it. If its something simple, I could add this body to my mod (which would be pending on permissions of course - just doing a 'patch' is silly for a mod this tiny). My mod-project is overly ambitious, of course, so no-one get their hopes up.
Hello, this is a very well made mod and I appreciate and enjoy it, although there is a weird thing I've come across when adding a laser, or any gun to a Mr. Handy right thruster arm, rendering it useless and not being able to shoot- even when I've placed a laser on the left arm aswell. Thank you
Do you think you could perhaps remove the leg restrictions so that I may have regular legs along with the mr handy arms? I've always wondered how that would turn out. It'd be pretty cool to basically have a robot with a ridiculous amount of limbs.
While it is possible, it breaks the animation of the Thrusterarms, at least that is how I remeber it. As I understand the reasons therefor is, that the legs somehow define the robot race.
I typed a bunch of crap out and lost it because I'm a baddie. The long and short of it is that I was having eyestalks go missing and CTD's when altering any Mr. Handy body, it would all disappear and I'd be left with only a talking thruster, but with the changes from this mod all of that is fixed.
I just wanted to say thanks because you really helped a sister out. Now I'm free to create the beastly Codsworth I've always wanted!
Hi there, I want to first say that this is an awesome mod, I've really wanted to have Mr. Handy arms on other torsos.
I was wondering if you could make a compatibility patch with another great recent mod, Assaultron Miscellaneous Armor (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17414/?) and the torsos that mod adds? I really think with these two mods there can be some pretty cool combinations.
Regardless if you could make a patch or not, really appreciate this mod you've done.

Q: Will you Upload this Mod to bethesda.net?
Q: Can I upload your mod to bethesda.net?
If you experience CTDs with this Mod, this is most likely because you either:
A) Are using the Mod "Automatron - Weapons System Overhaul" by Karel2015 and don't have installed the Patch that comes with the FOMOD installer of my Mod.
B) Have installed the Patch for the above Mod without actually using it
Therefore, if you have CTDs after installing my Mod, make sure you only use both the Mod with the Patch or none!
But a seven year old mod is way to out-of-date - I should have known better.
