Once again did some revisions to the specular textures on the Contender to nicen things up, now that I have a better grasp on how they work.
Revised the material files for the Nickel Contender to use a different cubemap.
Boosted the base damage of the Contender to 30 and set it as its proper base, rather than as a Damage Type
Per the above change, damage-boosting receivers have been tweaked to be in line with the new change
Nickel damage-boosting receivers now offer a little more of a boost.
Corrected the nickel Advanced receivers, which were giving the same damage increase as a Powerful receiver.
The barrels have been revised to be in line with the change done to the Contender's base damage. Most ammo types will increase damage by some margin (except for .38 and Flare, which REDUCE damage), with .50 providing the most.
Cut one of the suppressed sounds and gave the high-powered Contender (one that uses .50 or .308) a more appropriate sound for when it's silenced.
Version 1.4a
Corrected a few issues with the plasma barrels so they no longer use 10mm ammo and spawn with fusion cells, instead of plasma cartridges.

Revised the specular textures for the standard Contender and the scope to give them a better, smoother appearance.
Added Chromed scopes, which are a bit lighter than the standard ones, but are mostly to complete the aesthetic of the nickel Contender
Reestablished the barrel level-listing, so now Contenders can again be found fitted with different barrels in loot or on badniks.
Additional minor tweaks.
Laser and Plasma barrels will set the Bolt-Action flag on the Contender, which means the PC will manually cock the gun between shots.

Fixed the normal night vision scope not actually having night vision.
The Contender and its mods are now level-listed via script instead of manually, allowing for greater compatibility.

Corrected the keywording on the Calibrated Powerful receivers, so now Contenders using them will be properly named. If you already got one & it isn't named as such after you update, drop the weapon and pick it back up.
Added new firing sound that turns up when using .308 or .50 barrels.
Adjusted the specular textures to bring in more gloss, especially on the nickel Contender
Fixed a missing material swap on the green plastic glow sights.
Reduced material requirements for a number of the Contender's mods & reduced perk requirements on a couple.

LOTS of changes here for 1.2! Let's lay em out:
Adjusted mod recipes, mainly to reduce perk requirements, but some material requirements have been adjusted.
Added a number of new mods for the Contender! There's now medium and long range scopes you can attach, as well as two reflex sights (plain dot and circle), 7 colors of glow sights (which includes the standard green), and damage-boosting receivers in both standard and nickel.
The Nickel receivers are no longer purely cosmetic; they now offer a faster reload speed, which goes up with the damage provided by the more powerful receivers. Since the receivers aren't specific to an ammo type, any barrel used with them will benefit from the damage boost.
All the new mods are leveled and ought to turn up sold by vendors or attached to looted Contenders.

Corrected the shotgun barrel so the projectiles will spread properly when fired.
Revised the level-listing of the gun. Now, badniks will only get the 10mm Contender (though it may have attachments). This change is because regardless of the barrel attached, the Contender would spawn with 10mm ammo, and I wasn't able to figure out a simple way to make it work.

Adjusted the sound mapping so the firing sound(s) will occur if followers use the weapon.

Adjusted the damage of some ammo types and tweaked the recoil for some. .50 cal is now properly superior to .308, but makes the Contender kick like a horse.
The Contender's base range and barrel ranges have been adjusted to make the gun's range considerably less ridiculous.
