I wanted to disable the .esp after collecting the weapon and coat to save space and not have a useless .esp doing nothing in my load order... But it seems that the weapon will disappear from your inventory but not the coat...
It's little micro mods like this that REALLY need to be .esl -versions to save plugin space.
I know this is an old thread, so not sure if you are still using it. The gun, itself, is an object in the mod because adding guns with legendary effect is troublesome, so to get it to work it needs to be fully duplicated. Download and install Wrye Bash. You can then just enable the ESL flag with a single click. Also, clean this mod with XEdit, as it's pretty dirty for such a small mod.
I know this is an old mod, but it seriously needs to be cleaned with XEdit. There's ITMs and Deleted. Also needs dn removed from Keywords and added to INRD Instance Naming.
Is Maxson's Battlecoat & Final Judgment supposed to respawn on the Prydwen? That's exactly what happened on my end & it caused a CTD upon entering the Prydwen Main Deck due to the game spawning a non-CBBE version of Maxon's Battlecoat on the Prydwen upon my return from completing the No Mercy quest given by Elder Maxson. You may wish to ensure that the items are set not to respawn in the CK if/when you have time to do so. Regardless, I was able to fix the issue on my end via updating CBBE/Bodyslide & then re-extracting my custom meshes made using Bodyslide I had in a back-up location on my PC. Thanks.
Also, you may consider moving your mod to the Weapons & Armour category in NMM since it adds both a weapon & armor piece. This would eliminate user complaints about your mod being unassigned in NMM & also make it easier to find via Nexus search.
Note:Currently sits in the unassigned tab of NMM as I have no idea how to put it in a category. If someone could tell me how to do that, it would be appreciated. Do *nothing*. Having it in the unassigned tab is a godsend for people who don't use the default sorting method. If it is in a category that doesn't exist, NMM just shoves it wherever it wants to, usually making no sense whatsoever.
Ok, if you say so. The only thing about that is that NMM doesn't give the notification that a new mod is ready to be installed for unassigned mods, which is a little irritating.
