Quick question, does this add the teddy on top of the mini nuke, or is it the whole thing a separate mesh? As in, could I use this AND a mini-nuke replacer? (Ohhh please say yes!)
First off I love the mod, I giggle like a crazed maniac every time I shoot a missile or nuke. However occasionally I get the purple missing texture teddy bear. Which doesn't make sense because all other teddy bears in game have the texture and roughly 80% of the time the bears on your missiles and nukes have the correct texture. Any ideas?
Hmm I installed DDProduction's Build A Bear mod but I installed that AFTER I started using this one, so that wouldn't have been it. The only other mod I previously had installed before yours that used teddy bears is Dino's Do It Yourself bookshelves. I can't imagine that would have touched the textures. And as for slow loading, last night I came across placed nukes that also had the purple texture. I would think since they were placed in world rather than being seen shot in VATS there would be plenty of time for rendering. Plus when I find placed teddy bears not attached to missiles or nukes they are normal looking, as are the ones in Dino's DIY shelves. So it seems to be specific with this mod. If it never get's figured out it's not the end of the world, I'll keep using this mod anyway because it delights me.
It significantly reduced the purple missing texture from showing up, don't worry about trying to figure it out further. It's good enough for me as is. I've been having so much fun shooting missiles and nukes I keep having to buy more!

Changed the mod to use an .esp with modded meshes, instead of just replacing the vanilla meshes.
Uninstall old version before using 1.1

If you have something that alters the vanilla Teddy bear texture, that might be it.
If not it might be a problem on the game side, not loading fast enough the texture.
Made an .esp that only changes the projectile(when fired), should fix the pink texture "bug", since it uses my modded meshes.
