Is it really necessary to save the file in a8r8g8b8 format? Im guessing it is because it is the only one that gets the 4k texture up in 64mb file size that yours is..
I mean, the texture does not include any alpha so you don't need the smooth transition and better alpha quality that those formats require..
I changed some small stuff in saturation and such and saved mine in normal DXT-1 and ended up with 8mb, much more normal for a texture file in my eyes..
If i'm wrong, please prove me right anyone that has better knowledge of dds formats...
I have no idea. I used the default compression that the image already was. Probably dumb, as BGS isn't great when it comes to texture optimization. I could probably stand to recompress the image as you said. I'll do some testing.
This might sound a bit stupid but the yellow is too yellow, too saturated. Kinda kills the purpose of it being kinda dark and serious as oppose to the sillier looking defualt version. !!!
If you google Hazmat suits, they are typically very, very brightly colored. In my opinion it's like somewhere between rediculous hi-viz and somewhat desaturated. I was going for a Stalker sort of feel. I guess I could make an even more desaturated version.

disabled all other mods and it still wasn't working.
Do I need another mod or do i need to install it manually?

I was just retarting the game over and over as I was fixing other mods.....
