Its a shame new animations cannot made (Bethesda Fail Again) otherwise mod creators are subjected to editing existing animations of which there aren't that many which are not already used in some form or another. I used to make vehicle mods for FO3 and FONV before I became ill and had to take several years absence from the scene. My mods were based on scripts of J3X and AndyW but as pointed out to me by Skyrimlu, things have changed dramatically with the introduction of Papyrus to FO4. Most of my work was done within Nifskope (which has also changed) altering/manipulating models, adjusting collision params and altering animation nodes etc. I used 3ds max (to which I no longer have access ) for making new nif files.
This is starting to sound bad, I guess what I am trying to say is I'd like to help but due to my illness I am subject to relearning everything. I am now 60yrs old and my memory retention is but a few minutes however, your mod has re-fired the passion in me to return.

I am not 60 yet but close, and making mods it's in fact something to keep you feeling younger and forget about your age - being 60 it's not being old anyway. Being sick it's another question and I am also on that boat for at least 3 years now and had recently heart surgery and still recovering, making modding some times go a bit slower but I still "kick" and have the rest of my life to do it, so ...
I wish we could just port some of the previous game mods over but that seems quite out of the question as I mentioned in another conversation.
Still we can make and create nice additions to this game and hope that someone with better knowledge on animations comes up with a solution. There are a few mod authors already delving in this area, I just hop they will be willing to give an hand on this.
hardcopy keep on learning and try to come up with something. I am sure it will give you some fun to do it. Feel free to use my models or any of my scripts to try things out. And any question just PM me.
