Adds a small but full of useful things cottage by a beach to Far Harbor.
Inside it's very nicely decorated with static clutter and loads of custom objects and models including a working surgeon mirror and fireplace!

Ever wanted to have a small, cosy and useful place to settle in the Far Harbor? A place where you could escape the Fog and those annoying Children of Atom?
Well, you don't have to search anymore! I introduce to you my Beach Cottage. It has everything you need to survive and more! It will be even more useful if you are playing on survival mode as it has sink with clean water and various workbenches including 3 PA Stations.
Other than that, the place is full of static clutter, filled shelves, bookcases and custom safe containers. You even have a working terminal for playing hologames and a working surgeon mirror.
I also squezzed some custom objects such as aquarium (with moving fish), posters, classic rugs, couch, fireplace, art deco radio and good old box TV.
The house is divided into two sections: cottage itself and attic. Most of the workbenches and Power Armor stations can be found there. You can access the attic via a ladder inside the cottage.
The building is NavMeshed and companions will walk inside of it.
Requires Far Harbor, Wasteland Workshop and Contraptions DLC.
