Beantown Rail Bridge Cleanup (v1.00)

Description
------------
Removed the train containers that were blocking the way across the railroad bridge near Beantown Brewery.
Compatibility Issues
---------------------
May have compatibility issues with any other mod that modifies the tiles around the railroad bridge near Beantown Brewery.
Motivation
-----------
I have always fount it a bit annoying that the provisioners would swim across the river when crossing this location when there was a perfectly good bridge available. It was also annoying that while I could find my way across, my follows seem unable to follow my path.
I had stumbled across an existing mod that did this (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15674/), but I have been unable to get it to work correctly. So I decided to have a crack at it myself.
Changes
--------
- The train components and containers have been removed from both ends of the rail bridge.
- The nav mesh has been patched to allow the NPC's to find their way across the bridge.

All my mods are made purely for my own purposes. I decided to make them available to others on the off chance somebody else finds them useful. If a similar mod already exists, either I was not aware of it, or it was something I specifically wanted to try mod myself as well.
