Fallout 4 Horizon Builds - The Ultimate Commando
Starting SPECIAL: S 6 P 1 E 9 or 10C 6 I 8 A 3 L 2 Notes on perks: * 7 Strength and 7 Charisma are required for the Steady Aim and Party Boy perks, however, you should be able to get them without going too far out of your way by the time that those stats are needed. You could even skip them entirely, they are two of the weakest perks, basically just filler at the end of the build.* I literally only get science for the S.M.R.T Targetting HUD. Yes, it's worth it to me. Makes enemies far easier to spot, I can always find corpses, and I don't shoot friendlies by mistake. You could forgo Science and get the RobCo On-Screen Database instead for 2 intelligence instead. I think the highlighting is worth it for a no VATS build.* The core of this build is finished at level 20, with the exceptions of Armorer Rank 4 and Sneak Rank 5, both taken at level 24 due to level requirements.* Everything after level 20 (excluding Armorer 4 and Sneak 5) is considered "nice to have" but not essential.* You'll want a companion that can pick any lock like Cait or Ada with a lock pick module. * This guide assumes you will be using the new death system in Horizon. Instead of reloading and losing progress on death, you will instead be sent to the nearest owned settlement with 25 health, and be deducted 25 caps.1. Hunter (Vault Tec Training Manual)2. Survivalist 13. Local Leader 14. Medic 15. VANS - Gun Nut 1, Scrounger 1, Fortune Finder 1
The Best Possible Start in Fallout 4 Horizon - The Wanderer's Wasteland Survival Guide - Issue 1
Hey Wastelanders! The Commonwealth can be a challenging place in Fallout 4 Horizon, and I wanted to make a survival guide going over: -How to get the best possible start in the game -Optimized builds -Important early game loot locations -The mechanics of all the new Horizon workbenches -Building in Architect And many more general tips and tricks! If you have any questions about Horizon or suggestions for topics to cover in future episodes, leave them in the comments down below and I'll do my best to answer / include them in future videos. This episode goes over the best character build, including variations of that build to suit your play style, and the most important things to do in your first day in the Commonwealth. I recommend the following minimum SPECIAL stats: S - 5 P - 6 E - 2 C- 6 I - 8 A - 1 L - 2 This leaves you with 6 extra points to spend anywhere that you choose. Endurance, Charisma, and Agility are all good choices. Level - Perk 1 - Hunter (Vault-Tec Training Manual) 2 - Survivalist 3 - Local Leader 4 - Technologist 5 - VANS - Gun Nut, Robotics Expert, Fortune Finder, Scrounger, Medic, Cap Collector, 6 - Local Leader Rank 2 or Technologist Rank 2 7 - Gun Nut Rank 2 or Medic Rank 2 8 - Gun Nut Rank 2 or Medic Rank 2 9 - Technologist Rank 2 or Local Leader Rank 2 I'll expand this list more in the next issue, still debating some of the perks. Quick tip - copy the following text into a text file and put it into your Fallout 4 folder: player.placeatme 0017E787 player.placeatme 00157FEB player.placeatme 0012EA9B player.placeatme 001487C1 player.placeatme 002476B7 After you scrap Sanctuary with scrapall, open the console and type "bat starting" without the quotes. This will spawn the same workbenches that are normally in Sanctuary at your feet. Catch me playing Horizon Live M - F 7:30 PM - 11 PM EST.
