Allows you to play as a sentient Glowing One.

REQUIRES NUKA WORLD!
Works only for Males so far.
Makes the sentient Glowing Ones playable.
INSTALLATION:
Extract the files in your data directory and enable the .esp on the Manager.
Open the console and type "player.setrace GhoulRaceSP" minus the quotes.
Notes:
It should work with any mod that makes Ghouls playable this just switches the textures.
The Glowing Ones have a perk that constantly makes them emit small amounts of radiation at close proximity, obviously this is not included as it would slowly kill off NPCs.
To Do List:
1. Fix the issue where the hand texture would not display properly in 1st person. -Done
2. Fix the issue where the glowing veins are not properly displayed while wearing some clothes. -In Progress
3. Make a usable Radiation Burst weapon(grenade slot)
4. Add support for Females.
