    The effects not showing is probably that the flag in the magic effect not being checked. I like the idea of the mod.

    Since this makes the serum essentially an addictive chem, is it also now affected by the chemist perk?

      I didn't change that tag that so I can pretty safely say it does not. Haven't tested it, though.

      Since the addiction is so severe and has such a high chance to proc, please do so it doesn't have to be used as often.

      Also, I dunno about anyone else, but I'm having issues downloading the mod with NMM
