      There isn't a video, it's just a glitch from the nexus that happens to most of my uploads. I think it's because I hit "upload and move to next step" instead of "skip this step" so it just thinks there's a single blank video.

   Brilliant radio station, very immersive. Happily endorsed!I'm not running FROST myself, but this station works very well as is for vanilla FO4. Quick question... since this is a replacer for the Classical station, will it go away when the Institute is destroyed?

      That's a shame... such an awesome playlist too. I'm pretty sure there are some mods that restore the Classical Station after it's destroyed - I'll have to check those out. Hopefully they'll bring back WMBR. For the moment the Institute still exists in my current playthrough so it shouldn't be an issue for me for a while yet. Again, its a really wonderful station you've made!
