Abernathy Farm as seen on The White Collar Players' YouTube channel series: Settling the Commonwealth!

Here's the link to the channel where you can check out the video for this build and for other immersive Fallout 4 content!

Our take on Abernathy Farm imagines the community as a wind generator farm which grew over time thanks to the caravans and is now supplying power for other settlements in the area through the use of the prewar power lines. We built this settlement with the goal of making it feel lifelike and believable but without too much strain on your system so as to avoid frame rate loss and bug issues.

We really hope you enjoy this settlement and we would love any feedback you have either on this mod page or in the comments of the video!

**IMPORTANT NOTES**
1) This settlement contains a fairly large number of NPC's and a decent amount of detailed objects, it is highly recommended that you have a decent quality machine otherwise you may experience frame rate loss or even crashing.
2) This settlement uses mods and modded assets, the list below shows the mods used and they are all strongly recommended to have installed before attempting to explore this save in order to ensure compatibility. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THE MODS SHOWN BELOW THE SAVEGAME MAY BE UNSTABLE!
3)This save is not intended for use in a playthrough or for extended playing, the character is of a very high level with almost no quests completed, the purpose of this savegame is to allow viewers to explore the settlement and perhaps even provide feedback on it or make their own variations and share them with us.

INSTALLATION:
1)Download .zip archive
2)Unpack all 3 files somewhere convenient
3)place them in your Fallout 4 Saves folder (usually in Documents->My Games->Fallout4)
4)Start the game and press load, to find the save you might need to press a key to show all saves, load up that save and you should be good to go!

**ALL DLC required**(we used assets from them)

**MOD LIST** (in no particular order)
