I know this is an older mod and i may not get a response but hopefully someone will see this and can help. I'm getting a bug where the metal shack walls aren't removed from the doorway of the main building(where the merchnats are) so there is no way to enter it. i've tried moving the mod to the bottom of my load order but it still happens. The shack walls aren't scrappable either so the only way into the building is to use the console command tcl. I'm using v1.4 but will try the version before it to see if it still happens. Edit: Not using any kind of scrapping mod either.
Are you by any chance using HotC Settlement or Lite versions? I got that problem with another settlement cleanup mod and HotC together. Removed HotC and it went away.
This mod (Bunker Hill Redone) is outstanding... because it is a simple stand-alone mod that works perfectly. I somehow had messed-up my Bunker-Hill settlement and was getting constant CTD all the time! Your Mod ..."redoing" things made it possible for game to play-thru while inside Bunker Hill area... You're a Fallout 4 Hero! (Thanks so much)!
I really want this mod installed but am waiting to finish The Battle of Bunker Hill before doing the install. I have a compatibility question, will your mod play nice with "Settlement expansion all in one V6.1 by Jkoroll14" ? Both modify the build area and I'm not sure if a patch is needed. If a patch is needed, would you please make it. Thank you for fixing the main building. I've gone on top and built bed space and platforms for defence on previous play throughs but have never been happy with the looks.
Wow, I'm surprised this is a few months old and I'm just now seeing it. This has a lot of potential - I'm surprised there aren't more mods that fix up Bunker Hill.
Great job! If you do more in future updates, I'd love to see a more "lived-in" Bunker Hill with a lot more traders & such. It's the "caravan capital" of the wasteland, but hardly seems populated or anything. That marketplace should be bustling and busy, but Bethesda made it so bleh.
Sorry, that what is happening to you is on your end!
Try putting the mod little lower in your load order list.. Also if you use scrap mods, those always needs to be lower then settlement mods (such as this one) in load order list..
One more thing, if you use Spring Cleaning as a scrap tool, please download this mod/patch: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12702/? It removes any possible issue spring cleaning might have with settlement mods! You must put that patch last in your order list to function properly!
So, your load order should look like this: ... settlement mods SC_expandedScrapList Spring Cleaning Compatibility patch
Adding the surrounding streets to the build zone would be fantastic to add roadblocks and checkpoints, but you would also have to move the settlement attack spawn points out further.
I would think there would be two more windows on the restored wall, it looks odd with just blank wall there.
As an aside, I looked up the actual monument and the IRL building is surprisingly small, but includes two windows and two doors on that side. Not that the FO4 model should have doors there, but it could:
Thank you devenalmighty for providing us with a long time wanted restoration of that central building, specially since you've done this because ''society'' asked you for it ! That is something rare and special and you deserve all the respect and gratitude from us!! Kudos well deserved !
