You could DL the mod, enable it, then slm 2f1f in game, in console. Don't save. Save Piper's preset in Looks Menu then uninstall and load a recent save. Add it to your character with slm 14.
This actually makes a lot of sense, because once you get to know her, Piper tells you that how nobody likes her in Diamond city, how people avoid her like pest, yet she's one of the most good looking women in Diamond city, even though she's a reporter, men wouldn't be avoiding her, but if she looked like a tomboy then everything makes sense.
Siblings can and do look different from their brothers/sisters, but are you going to include a change to Nat to have the same hair colour and/or similar hairstyle as your Piper?
